Ok, so the New Year is already in full swing and all of us are wondering where January has gone!  At the same time, we are looking at our slightly larger waist lines, while we drink our vegetable juice and hit the gym and wondering how on earth we are going to do without alcohol and cigarettes this coming weekend.  Sound familiar?

It is fact that 80% of New Years Resolutions are broken within the first month of setting them. The reason behind this is because when we set resolutions, we often do not choose goals which are realistic. What is the point of setting ourselves up for failure by promising to do something we know is not going to happen!

How about trying this.  Ask yourself where you see yourself in January 2013. Visualise what you look like, the words you will be speaking, the people you will be surrounding yourself with, the food you will be eating, the things you would have accomplished in 2012.  Right, have you got this picture in your mind?  Great...now focus on this picture every night before bedtime using all your senses to fill in the blanks of your Mind Holiday.  Then, start to write down....(yes write them down)...your goals for 2012.  Start with the baby steps of small manegable goals which are achievable and will boost your enthusiasm.

Success breeds success and once you start achieving small positive steps in reaching your goals, you will automatically feel energized to start thinking bigger and bigger!  Zeal is the name of the game...and if you have energy and enthusiasm for a cause or objective, you can only be a winner!  Visit www.equalzeal.com for further information.
