Welcome to The Polokwane Life Coaching Studio for Kids®

I am excited and honoured to bring the inspirational services of Equal Zeal to Limpopo. My name is Monica Hartman and this province is my home turf - I hail from the beautiful Levubu valley. Life certainly has changed since my childhood days on the farm. We all seem to face greater complexities and conflict in our immediate environment. I believe that a good grounding in the personal and social skills that empower us to be constructive, confident and kind is crucial to realising our true potential. This is my key objective as Equal Zeal® coach - to contribute positively to our children’s experience of life, to inspire Zeal for Life ®.
I currently work as risk assessment consultant to a company specialising in profiling and pre-employment assessments. The flexible work hours of this position allows me to initiate Equal Zeal® in Polokwane and Tzaneen on a part time basis and I look forward to being part of these dynamic communities.
I have a keen interest in people, and particularly enjoy spending time with children. The complex development process we go through from baby to adulthood fascinates me. After completing a BA (Hons) Information Science at the University of Pretoria I taught academic and information skills at UP as part of the first year academic development program. This program had a strong emphasis on individual thinking preferences of individual students as well as the combined thinking preference profiles within specific academic areas. I subsequently assisted in establishing of Herrmann International Africa Pty Ltd., a consulting and corporate training company focusing on thinking preferences and the applications thereof within the work environment. The Herrmann Brain Dominance Profile (HBDI) is used as assessment tool of an individual’s thinking preferences and indepth feedback is provided in a visually attractive document. I thoroughly enjoyed the debriefing and consulting process with individual clients on their profiles – one gains an appreciation for the moulding process we go through in life to get to where and who we are.
To me, Equal Zeal is an assembly point of my particular interests – the opportunity to nurture children, to assist families and teachers, to be involved in community life and to expand my knowledge. And all this, while having fun.
What more can I ask for?
The areas I service include:
Polokwane and Tzaneen
I offer the following services:
Zeal for Life® programmes, Building Blocks workshops, Holiday programmes
My Qualifications:
BA (Hons) Inf Sc
My Experience:
My work experience includes teaching at university level, consulting and farm management.
